Do I have to unsolder wires on one side of light board?

I was soldering the black and red wires to the light board and I got one side right, but on the other side I accidentally switched the red and black wires in there opposite spots. Is it ok if i just leave them the way they are and just use that side the opposite way, or do I have to unsolder them and switch them, because I tried to and it just won't come out.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

The colors are just to keep them straight. The ones that are switched just make sure when you plug them into the controller board to switch them also.

As long as you reverse the other end of the wires (red now is the black and black is now for the red. One thing you might try is to use desoldering braid (radio shack has some if you can find a radio shack still in business as "RS" is going out of business) Desoldering braid is available at just about any electronics supply house. If you are not familiar with how to use the braid it's similar to a sponge. You just put the braid over the solder you want to remove and then place the soldering iron on the braid. Once warmed, the solder gets "sipped" on to the braid. If kept on the braid will remove all the solder. Just don't overheat the braid it can damage delicate solder joints if you overheat the joint.
