Title:

Is butanone an adequate acylic cement?

Text:

I went to the local hobby store to buy acrylic cement as I try to support local stores. The sold me methyl ethyl ketone (butanone) which is water thin and lists acrylic bonding as an application. I looked at the cements that your instructions recommend and they are difficult to purchase in Los Angeles due to AQMD regulations. Any issues with butanone as a cement?
